Well, I’m talking as a VIP 0 (1 shop restart per day), which means I can only buy 6-20 Matador fragments per day. Those 3 daily fragments means a 15-50% increase on his daily fragments, so I appreciate them. And those… 80ish fragments you get from achievements? Those helped aswell 
But my strongest hero is just 6 stars, and I just finished 7th sector, so I could be talking about future problems that I have yet to experiment, since I don’t know how many fragments you need from 9 to 10 stars
