Gammond's Scaling

Hey HH,
How about we define what gammond’s role is a little better. Judging from his description he is supposed to be a comeback brawler and a finisher. Currently, he excels at everything though.

His damage on his silver is second to none, his health is avobe average, and he also has built in healing. Add that to cooldown reduction and you have no reason not to put this guy in, even against mech.

If his damage is supposed to be so overwhelming, perhaps tone his survivavility down a bit. If hes supposed to be more of a tanky brawler with comeback potential, then his kill shot damage should be gated to 50% health heroes, dealing much less to healthier ones. That way people have to think when to let it rip instead of mashing silver to use on cooldown.
