Hardscope is swell. I never heard anyone say anything else. 
I started building him a bit too late unfortunately but since you discovered him early on I believe you will have a great hero for a very long time if you keep him up to date with your progress.
And don’t wanna poop your party but in PVP the player controlled enemy is likely to kill his drone before it heals that much. 
Hardscope is a great utility hero has good heel and DPS
