I seen the delete option in the settings but haven’t a clue how to delete my alts…can anyone shed some light?
when you click the button, it sends you to the DECA support page. there you would have to contact support and tell them.
I havent tried it because i dont have alt accounts. but thats the way it should work

I’ve already tried that but to no avail…not sure what else to do at this point…
As GIR mentioned by pressing the button you are redirected to support. They will log your request and proceed with it a bit later. It will take time at first, sorry for any delays.
