With this November update, will brogan frags also be found in the black market and the respective heromium/ alliance stores on certain days?
This would be great to those who have accumulated many fragments from the past brogan crates but were not lucky enough to unlock him
After all, this is the first time we get to collect a 7* hero with frag rewards from the past brogan crate. 585 frags is a significant threshold and those scattered brogan frags accumulated would serve no purpose unless he is unlocked
