Wasn’t War was supposed to begin soon, what happened?

I think they might be adjusting for a different schedule. There was a vote on when would be the best time for the war. Weekdays or weekends. The vote was in favor of weekdays last time i checked. I think they might be adjusting to please the majority. Just my opinion.
There is a notification, aw is starting on Monday.
There is a message in game, “AW Season 7 starts this Saturday! We will be having wars during the week based off of player feedback. First War starts Monday, Nov. 4th.”
