Devs go on holiday break like most do in this world and 1 stupid problem happens and like always they will fix it and unlike other games they will compensate us for the problems and the length of the problem and everyone loses there mind this is just to funny… so what I suggest is everyone put down there phones and go explore the world this is a much needed break for all of us the world is big and lots to explore merry Christmas happy holidays what ever you wanna say lol

We’re still around for problems! And even though we’re on break, we check in on you guys, and have many systems in place in case something goes wrong. It just might take a little longer than usual to get problems sorted.
We have 24/7 support coverage, so I’ll say what I always say: send in a ticket! Honestly, on holidays, that’s the absolute fastest way to get a problem looked at.
