A Legendary skin for Torque would be cool. It could give him a new skill so that he can actually heal a bit.
They explained why they don’t do legendary skins often in another post.
They said:
“By the time we do a legendary skin, we can do another hero.
So we prefer to do another hero”
Or something like this.
