The same Shivs portrait in the upcoming bounty blitz event. Their track record of messing up war season rewards probably suggests that’s an error that will be fixed.
They are still offered in Expert bracket so I doubt it’s a mistake.

Im wondering, will there still be a kurt crate available in future or the only way to get kurt now is through custom crate or war rewards.
