Kilo “Rhino” Barrack was a part of a Special Forces Task Force for the Police Department, who specialized in taking down high priority targets. After the events of Zero Day, the Department quickly fell into shambles, leaving many with a dreading sense of hopelessness. Taking the law into his own hands, Kilo rushed head first into all his battles against the injustices throughout the city, earning him the nickname Rhino.

Sticking with his former uniform, Rhino proudly took down criminals wearing the blue and white. Soon criminals and thugs from all around grew to fear the colors, knowing that nothing good would come to them. Though the glory days seem to never be too far off, Rhino too has seen his fair share of horrors. In one incident, he was exposed to a deadly radiation that left him permanently scarred. While at first he saw this as a negative experience, he soon learned that he had gained some new, as he would call them, attributes, that he would learn to see has blessings.

After seeing the effect that had taken place on the city, Gammond invited Rhino to join the Magistrates. Seeing that he had a background in Law Enforcement, Gammond knew that they could use his expertise. With Min’s help, she was able to minimize the effects of Rhino’s negative attributes, while also strengthening his others, through the use of some simple wrist gauntlets, a newly advanced model that was built for the super star, Obrez, herself.

Attributes!

First off, what are Attributes? While they are not something that is currently in the game, it is a new feature in a way that I have created.

To put it simply, Attributes are special powers and or weaknesses that are meant for this hero only! These are not abilities that need to be upgraded to achieve. These are automatically in place as soon as the hero is unlocked. The effect of an Attribute can be improved by evolving the hero to a higher star.


Powers: Rhino receives 1k Health per second. 1k+ added for every star added after 5*.

Weakness: Rhino has a 10% higher chance of being Critically hit from a weapon. 1% deducted for every star added after 5*.




Bronze Ability: Tri-Strike

  • Rhino fires off a barrage of projectiles at three different enemy heroes. When hit by Tri-Strike, the enemy is stunned for 5 seconds, and poisoned, dealing x Damage for 3 seconds.

Silver Ability: Enforcement

  • Rhino gives a targeted enemy a charge of Enforcement.

  • Each charge of Enforcement roots the enemy for 10 seconds, as well as marking the enemy. If the weapon of the enemy has at least 60% of the ammo still in it, then x Damage is dealt.

  • 1% for every 10 levels.

Gold Ability: Lifeline

  • For every second Rhino is alive on the battlefield, he gains x Armor.

  • If this hero’s armor amount has increased to +25% from the start of the match, then Rhino gains x Health per second instead.

Platinum Ability: Headstrong

  • The first time Rhino damages an enemy, he deals an additional burst of Element Damage, also giving himself a small amount of Health.

Ruby Ability: Doing Damage

  • The difference between a good DPS Hero and a great DPS Hero lies in the amount of damage they can dish out. This Hero receives a x Elemental Attack Damage bonus, as well as a 30% Skill Charge bonus for their Bronze Skill.
