Both at ruby 4 both are excellent, if you’re after more stats and details let me know I can provide. Kiyoshi does more damage than Halo but has weaker heals. Imo kiyoshi is better than halo as we all use halo for her lightning anyway rather than healing
They are the hottest meta for now…
Back then b4 Krieg and Kiyo appeared, we paired Halo and Ifrit…
I wonder why Ifrit’s silver skill somehow can’t triggers Halo’s or Kiyo’s lightning now…
Anyway, use 3 of them all together…
They can create massive damage for bounty too, especially at ruby state… With this Morlock faction event, add Siren…

The trick wasn’t with Ifrit. You had to pair them with Mauler, I’m not sure if it’s the gold or platinum skill that deal damage to heroes disorientated then when Ifrit activate his silver skill, all enemies would be affected by Mauler’s skill and then Halo’s skill.
