You can flag a topic if you don’t agree, if multiple people join you in the flag is gone
All nerfs Panzer received were warranted. She is still one of the top DPS in the game, especially considering her health and armor. The top PVP comp before the nerfs was Ifrit/Flatline/Panzer, then two of the following for heals/support (Night, Caine, Heimlock, or Mandrake).
When the DPS patch comes out things might change, but as it stands she is still easily a top tier DPS
