Custom Crate Bug?

I just subscribed to the free crate but nothing would happen, just keeps asking to subscribe and I’m already subscribed. Went to revoke it and now it’s asking for the full amount and no free trial. Anything I can do?

This is an issue to be handled via in-game support, not the forums. They can’t do much from here, but in-game support will be able to access your account purchase history and device information. Send a ticket that way to get answers.
