Caine skills favor drones

When I have hardscope on my team, and when his drone is spawned, Caine seems to be throwing all his skills only onto the drones…

It makes me wonder if Hivemind’s drones will appear to be the only one which receive the bonus, besides other heroes on my team? Just like Hardscope drone does.

Caine Targets everything with the lowest health, doesn’t matter if it’s a drone or not
