I have tried playing twice and lost 36 energy. The level starts and the timer runs but all my heroes are frozen in place…help!!!
Which heroes are you running?
I’ve seen this happening occasionally on both my devices also, and it can happen on any stage. Not sure what’s causing it, but it seems to have an increased risk of happening when I have weak networking signal on my phone. I tend to use qw tickets instead, when I’m on the go, just to be sure.

Try contacting support! They’re your best option for account and technical issues. We can’t do much remotely from the forum, unfortunately.
