Propably nothing, you just can’t continue upgrading. But since you can’t get to platinum +5 yet, no one can tell for sure.
After platinum comes Adamantium

The gear requirements to go from Plat4 to Plat5 aren’t available to find in-game yet. So the maximum rank achievable right now is Plat4.
